Request a Delivery

If you would like to schedule a delivery, complete the form below. There is an $8.99 service fee that must be paid before we can assign a driver to you. Once you complete the form below and pay the required service fee, you will have to email the confirmation number of your order. The confirmation order number must have the name of the restaurant or store, the number of items, and the store or restaurant location. We ask that all members provide the correct address to avoid delays with your delivery. Once we receive your request, you will receive an email and phone confirmation.
