Fees
Your non-refundable $39 membership fee is due and must be renewed every month to continue your membership services. Once your membership fee is paid, you can request unlimited food delivery services right away. You must pay the $8.99 service fee per delivery at your convenience.

Drivers
Our drivers are all independent contractors and are not employees of Luxe2Go. Although we do our best to ensure that our members receive the best delivery service, please note that Luxe2Go is a third-party company that only connects customers to food delivery drivers. We are not responsible for the actions of independent contractors or restaurants. All Luxe Members understand that Luxe2Go is not responsible or liable for any driver, vehicle belonging to our luxe drivers, grocery items or food from any restaurant. All Luxe Members agree and understand that all Luxe Drivers are independent contractors and are not employees of Luxe2Go.

Refunds
Due to the high demand for our services, your membership fee is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule before we assign a driver to you, we will not be able to refund any service fees. However, we can provide you with a credit to use for future deliveries. If you cancel or reschedule your delivery after a driver has been assigned or you have provided us with the wrong pick-up location and delivery address, we will not be able to provide a refund or credit your account for any service fees or tips. Your membership provides you with monthly access to our low rates and unlimited food deliveries. There are no credits or refunds on monthly membership fees.

Membership and Cancellations
Although we ensure that our members receive the best service possible, we understand that our services may not fit the needs of every customer. If you wish to cancel your membership with us, you can do this at any time by not paying your membership fee for the following month. Your membership fee is due every month and must be paid to continue your membership and receive unlimited delivery services. If your membership fee is not paid, your membership will be canceled, and you must renew your membership to continue receiving unlimited delivery services. There is an $8.99 service fee that is due per delivery. This fee must be paid before we can assign a driver to you. All memberships must be approved and can be canceled at any time.

Tips
All tips are optional and cannot be increased or decreased.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Luxe2Go's announcements, customer communication, software updates, and our services. Your personal information is protected by our software and is never given to a third party.
